This Privacy Policy explains how Anyra, Inc. (“Waypoint”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Waypoint application. Questions? Contact us at support@tryanyra.com.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address and an authentication identifier, used to create and secure your account.
- Content you create. Presentations, slides, camera paths, text overlays, and the 3D scene and image assets you import. This content is stored so you can access it across sessions.
- Usage metadata. Storage consumption, asset and presentation counts, and timestamps, used to operate your workspace and enforce plan limits.
- Technical data. Standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver and secure the service.
How we use your information
- To provide the service: storing, rendering, and exporting your presentations.
- To authenticate you and keep your workspace private to your account.
- To measure storage usage for plan limits and, in the future, billing.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
Storage and processing
Your account and presentation metadata are stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase). Your uploaded assets are stored in object storage (Cloudflare R2) and served over a content-delivery network. The application is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf as sub-processors.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the infrastructure sub-processors named above as needed to run the service, or where required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. Deletion immediately and irreversibly removes your account, all presentations, and all stored assets from our database and object storage. Deleted assets that you remove individually are recoverable for a short grace period (7 days) before permanent removal.
Cookies and local storage
Waypoint does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your sign-in session and a few interface preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to your content is restricted to your account through database row-level security. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise deletion directly in the app; for other requests contact support@tryanyra.com.
Children
Waypoint is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
