Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Waypoint application provided by Anyra, Inc. (“Waypoint”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Your content
You retain all rights to the presentations, 3D scenes, images, and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.
- Do not attempt to breach security, access other users’ data, or disrupt the service.
- Do not abuse the service to store or distribute content unrelated to its purpose, or to circumvent storage limits.
Plans, storage, and billing
Access requires an active subscription. The Individual plan is offered in fixed monthly tiers that differ in included storage and features, as presented on the pricing page; an Enterprise plan is available by contacting us. Eligible starter tiers include a free trial, which requires a payment method and converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can change tiers or cancel at any time from the billing portal (tier changes are prorated), and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are billed through our payment processor (Stripe), are stated exclusive of taxes where applicable, and are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for staying within your tier’s storage limit; uploads that would exceed it may be blocked, and some features are available only on higher tiers.
Service availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features. We are not a backup service; keep your own copies of important work (you can export presentations at any time).
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waypoint disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
